Last year, I bought a bell from the movie at an after Christmas sale. I was stoked. While decorating for Christmas this year, I found it after completely forgetting about it. (gasp! for effect) I wanted to do something special with it. I didn't want to hang it on the tree. I definitely didn't want Chase to get a hold of it. He would have destroyed it in a matter of minutes.
I had a flashback of a Pinterest craft I had seen. They had painted a canvas and whited-out the phrase "The bell still rings for all who truly believe."
I had to make a few alterations to mine, but I'm in LOVE with the way it turned out. I had a small canvas to work with so I had to shorten the phrase. I also changed the colors a bit and added some sparkle. Because you can't have Christmas without sparkle!
What You'll Need
A white canvas (whatever size you prefer)
Paint (I used black and red)
Paintbrushes (small brushes work best if you want to do pretty lettering)
Glue (I had tacky glue on hand)
Glitter (I used gold)
Merry Christmas! And may you always hear the bell ring!
