I've been looking forward to this particular day in the Bash since I first signed up for it. I love sharing recipes for good food. I also love sharing recipes for food that's easy to make. This recipe fits both.
I though about doing a heavier, more in depth recipe (dessert or main course), but in my world, more people need help changing up their side dishes, not their main course. And we all already have a favorite dessert!
This recipe is super easy, doesn't take a whole lot of time, and pair great with turkey, chicken, or even a nice pork tenderloin.
What You'll Need:
1 bag of baby carrots
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
What to Do:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Pour bag of baby carrots onto a cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over baby carrots. Make sure all the carrots have an even coating.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Pull the carrots out. Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over carrots.
Put back in the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Thanks again to Goofball Mommy for hosting the Thanksgiving Bash. I'll see you back here tomorrow for the final day!
